The Fastensol 400mm Mini Rail is a compact and efficient mounting solution designed specifically for installing solar panels in portrait orientation on metal trapezoidal roofs. At 400mm in length, this mini rail is ideal for direct-to-roof applications where speed, simplicity, and minimal component use are key.
Made from anodized aluminum, the mini rail is both lightweight and corrosion-resistant. It is mounted directly to the high points (ribs) of trapezoidal metal sheets using self-tapping screws or rivets (not included). Once fixed, panels are attached using Fastensol universal or end clamps.
The low-profile design ensures a clean look, quick install, and compatibility with various trapezoidal sheet profiles—perfect for industrial, agricultural, or commercial buildings.
